We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities Include:
  1. Managing and overseeing all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
  2. Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence, both electronic and physical.
  3. Coordinating with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
  4. Assisting with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records.

This is a contract position with a competitive salary.

Required Skills:
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
