Job Title: Strategic Communications Specialist

The Planning & Development Department in Lahore is seeking a skilled professional to lead its communications efforts. As a Strategic Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that enhance the department's image and reputation.

About the Role:
This project-based role requires a strong background in media, including social media management, content creation, SEO, SEM, and data analytics. You will need to work closely with cross-functional teams to execute digital marketing campaigns and optimize performance through data insights.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's/Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Information Technology, Digital Media, Media Studies, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is also required, with preference given to foreign-qualified candidates.

Nature of Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing digital marketing campaigns and optimizing performance through data insights. They should be proficient in tools such as Google Analytics and social media advertising platforms. Additionally, they should be able to work with cross-functional teams and keep up-to-date with digital trends and emerging technologies.

Pay Package: Up to PPS-09 level.
