Architectural Leadership Role

This senior-level position demands an individual with exceptional design skills and substantial experience in leading architectural projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop innovative design solutions that cater to clients' needs, taking into account budget constraints and project timelines.
  2. Create detailed drawings and models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  3. Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible, compliant with building codes, and meet project requirements.
  4. Oversee construction projects, ensuring they adhere to the design plans and specifications, and make adjustments as necessary for successful project completion.
  5. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that may arise, and provide guidance to junior architects and contractors.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and techniques to enhance design skills and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
  • Strong proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
