Job Opportunity: Performance Tester

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team as a Performance Tester. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and performance of software applications by developing, executing, and analyzing performance tests.


Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive performance test plans to ensure high-quality software applications.
  • Participate in test planning and create detailed test cases and scripts.
  • Execute performance tests and analyze results to identify potential issues.
  • Collect and analyze data from performance tests to provide actionable insights.
  • Document identified problems and collaborate with the development team to resolve them.
  • Automate performance tests where feasible to enhance efficiency.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of performance metrics and interpretation of results.
  • Employ additional tools such as SQL, network analysis, and Java tools to investigate performance-related issues.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting practices.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in performance testing.
  • Proficiency in JMeter and familiarity with its plugins.
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics and their interpretation.
  • Knowledge of SQL, network analysis, and Java tools for performance investigation.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
