Job Function:

  • Leads end-to-end financial processes for technology core domain.
  • Manages budget control, ordering, and issuance tracking.
  • Creates project progress updates and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage procurement lifecycle from request initiation to order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track budget allocations to ensure expenditures within approved limits.
  • Process invoices for non-PO-based operational expenses.
  • Collaborate with technical budgeting and accounts payable teams.
  • Ensure proper capitalization of assets and oversee inventory tracking.
  • Assess business partners for financial and operational viability.
  • Maintain dashboards for real-time financial and operational performance insights.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with Master in Finance or Business Administration preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, budgeting, financial operations, and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial processes, controls, and risk management principles.
