Job Overview

The Operations and Maintenance Monitoring Analyst is responsible for overseeing the continuous monitoring of operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategies for integrating SCADA, CMMS, and reporting platforms.
  • Monitor real-time and historical performance data from O&M systems (SCADA, CMMS, etc.).
  • Support the development of automated reporting tools for performance metrics, service logs, and compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Track service tickets and ensure resolution.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and maintenance reports.
  • Identify operational issues, inefficiencies, or performance degradations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule inspections or corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, faults, and repairs.
  • Support root cause analysis and incident reporting processes.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across monitoring systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports for internal management and external stakeholders.
  • Propose recommendations for performance improvement based on data analysis.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering, computer science, or business administration.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in software applications such as SCADA, CMMS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
