Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to lead our team of maintenance mechanics in ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of rides and attractions within our park.

  • To oversee the supervision of maintenance mechanics, ensuring timely resolution of ride breakdowns and maintaining continuous operations.
  • To manage and coordinate day-to-day mechanical activities, including planning, organizing, and scheduling manpower for ride breakdowns.
  • To conduct thorough inspections of rides and attractions, evaluating the quality of work performed by technicians and identifying areas for improvement.
  • To analyze and address mechanical issues in a timely and effective manner, making decisions and solving problems that may arise.
  • To maintain accurate records and prepare reports for review by superiors, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements

Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in maintenance mechanics and mechanical components.

Skills & Knowledge: Knowledge of machine designs, repair and maintenance techniques, public safety, and security principles.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
