Engineering Graduate Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Graduate, preferably Mechanical, with 14 years of experience including 4 years' experience in a senior management/leadership role. Experience working in the Oil & Gas Sector is preferred. A Master's in Business Administration would be advantageous.

Candidates should not exceed 57 years of age.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct the overall strategy and leadership for the liquefied gases department.
  • Oversee all engineering activities and achieve operational targets within budget.
  • Manage contracts for LNG/RLNG supply chain.
  • Secure gas sales and purchase agreements for both LNG and LPG.
  • Interact with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
  • Create annual revenue and capital budgets for the LG/LNG department and ongoing/planned projects.
  • Analyze financial reports to ensure departments and projects meet budget targets.
  • Pursue budgetary approvals for new projects from the MD/BOD.
  • Collaborate with other teams to efficiently manage LG related matters.
  • Offer strategic guidance on LG department challenges and developments.
  • Ensure compliance with Regulatory, Ministries, and Government Directives.
  • Develop a succession plan by identifying, developing, and maintaining a pool of successors for key positions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Verify conformity with regulator directives.
