Job Description:

As a Graphic Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that showcase our brand's identity.

About the Job:

  • You will conceptualize and design engaging visual content for our social media platforms and in-store promotions based on provided creative briefs and your own creative vision.
  • You will analyze design briefs to determine requirements and objectives.
  • You will develop innovative visual concepts based on determined requirements and create initial drafts to present your ideas.
  • You will create captivating icons, screenshots, and social media posts that stand out in the App Store and social media.
  • You will transform designs into various dimensions as needed.
  • You will design and implement A/B tests to optimize performance.
  • You will curate mood boards for icons.
  • You will broaden your skills through open feedback and continuous improvement of your designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mastery of visual communication with flexibility and fluency.
  • A solid understanding of graphic design principles including composition, hierarchy, lighting, and color theory.
  • Proficiency in typography, digital painting, and illustration.
  • Expertise in visual editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • A passion for crafting exceptional designs with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • The ability to meet daily deadlines without compromising quality.
  • A collaborative attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
  • Responsibility, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.
  • Prior experience in ASO art is highly valued.
