IT Operations Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT operations leader to drive excellence and support growth within a dynamic organization.

About the Job
  • The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management acumen to align IT functions with business goals.
  • The role requires strong expertise in ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST compliance standards.
Duties and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading large-scale IT operations and support initiatives, including system rollouts and process improvements.
  • Managing, optimizing, and scaling IT operations and support functions across all offices.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure IT initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for IT processes, project plans, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, or related disciplines is required. A Master's degree or advanced certifications are preferred.
  • Experience: The candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in a similar capacity, with 10+ years of experience in IT-related roles and 3-4 years in senior/managerial capacity.
  • Technical and Personal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Urdu are essential, along with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
Additional Considerations
  • Leadership Level: Senior management or executive-level role.
  • Team Responsibilities: Assess and optimize the scope of the IT Operations & Support team, maintaining flexibility to meet organizational objectives and changes.
  • Ownership and Initiative: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of large-scale initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and lead organizational transformation.
