Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Policy Development: Develop and implement efficient financial management policies and procedures to ensure the organization's financial health.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analysis to senior management, including financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and budgets.
  • Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor financial performance against plans and budgets, and make recommendations to management on necessary actions to achieve targets.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, forecasting future financial needs, and ensuring that sufficient funds are available to support the company's operations.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including banks, investors, and other financiers, to secure funding opportunities.
  • Tax Compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, and that all financial transactions are recorded appropriately.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Professional Experience: 7+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with financial reporting software and other relevant tools and technologies.
