Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in conducting literature reviews, conceptualizing research studies, and gathering data.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough literature reviews and secondary research to compile background information for senior researchers.
  • Assist in developing primary research studies across qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Gather and consolidate raw data from various sources, including databanks, proprietary systems, online panel sources, and open datasets.
  • Administer surveys, conduct interviews, moderate focus groups, and collect field observations according to established protocols.
  • Create basic summaries and tabulations of research data sets.
  • Develop visualizations using data visualization tools to present findings.
  • Document detailed notes during qualitative research activities.
  • Provide analytical support on complex quantitative data interpretation for senior researchers.
  • Assist in compiling research reports by developing exhibits to visualize data insights.
  • C Coordinate citation and bibliographic fact-checking for senior researchers.
  • Coordinate manuscript submission processes and compliance documentation.
  • Shadow senior researchers during presentations to absorb techniques for compelling delivery.
