Job Summary

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility throughout the product life cycle. This involves crafting promotional campaigns that effectively utilize the full range of marketing tools, as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies, monitor their implementation, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with sales management and the sales team to guarantee that promotional campaigns meet sales goals and are executed efficiently.
  • Liaise with various support functions, including Finance, HR, customer services, manufacturing, communications, and external agencies, to foster a unified brand strategy.
  • Stay informed about market trends, conduct research on consumer markets, and analyze competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to maintain consistency with product line strategy.
  • Monitor product distribution, consumer reactions, and address bottlenecks to optimize results.
  • Translate brand strategies into actionable brand plans, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Evaluate and report the performance of all marketing campaigns against set goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Lead direct reports through constructive appraisals, high-level coaching, and growth plans to promote growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Brand Manager with a proven track record of driving results and leadership.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, with creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, advanced communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices, comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
