We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build rapport with walk-in customers and field sales teams to foster a positive transaction experience.
- Establish key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Explore potential business partnerships by networking with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and expand existing networks with architects, developers, and construction groups.
- Close deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract specifications with operational frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that can increase sales.
- Develop compelling approaches and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the team to create proposals that address clients' concerns and objectives.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a charming personality.
- Proven track record of sales success in the construction industry.
- Maintain a strong network of contacts to develop new business opportunities.
- Display expertise in woodworking products and interior designing.
- Able to accurately measure spaces.
- Handle all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
- Possess great proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills.
- Exhibit motivation, focus, and exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at handling international clients and businesses.
- Proficient in closing sales.
