Office Support Position

This is an entry-level position that involves performing a range of administrative tasks to support various departments in the office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, as well as providing support to colleagues as needed.

  • Clean and tidy the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Ensure cleanliness in restrooms and replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and hand towels.
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain a hygienic environment throughout the office.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Run errands outside the office, such as delivering documents, parcels, or packages to clients, vendors, or other offices.
  • Assist in banking tasks, including depositing and withdrawing cash, as assigned.
  • Purchase and replenish office supplies, stationary, and pantry items as needed.
  • Set up meeting rooms with necessary equipment and refreshments before scheduled meetings.
  • Help with office moves, rearranging furniture, and setting up workstations for new employees.
  • Convey messages and correspondence between different departments or employees.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office-related services, such as maintenance, repairs, and deliveries.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of office procedures and equipment.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving objects.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Reliability and punctuality in performing assigned duties.
