Quality Assurance Leader

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Leader to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our work.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and quality assurance, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective testing strategies. You will be responsible for leading a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with other teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these issues. This may involve working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, as well as build relationships with colleagues and partners across the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering and quality assurance
  • Skills:
  • Strong background in software engineering and quality assurance
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective testing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build relationships with colleagues and partners across the organization
