We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives that span multiple lines of business. As a key member of our team, you will provide on-site leadership for project teams, building and motivating them to meet project goals.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing full project life cycles, from initiation to deployment, with a focus on successful project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as well as the ability to work creatively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A certification in Scrum is required, and experience with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is highly desirable.
  • This position requires strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and spur change within a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in successfully leading projects and programs on-time, on-schedule, and within budget parameters is essential.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on-time, on-schedule, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, including project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Mentor and coach project team members to ensure their success and growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project and product management experience.
  • Certification in Scrum.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
