Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of private homes, varying from 2500 – 5,000 square feet.

Daily Duties:

  1. Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors
  2. Vacuum clean carpets, rugs and draperies
  3. Dust and polish furniture and fittings
  4. Clean metal fixtures and fittings
  5. Empty and clean trash containers
  6. Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
  7. Clean sinks, mirrors, tubs and showers
  8. Wipe down glass surfaces
  9. Make up beds and change linens as required
  10. Tidy up rooms
  11. Sort, wash, load and unload laundry
  12. Iron and press linen
  13. Sort, fold and put away clean laundry
  14. Operate mechanized cleaning equipment
  15. Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
  16. Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements

Requirements: 2 years housekeeping experience or equivalent. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proficiency in problem-solving skills.
