Lead Data-Driven Design

Tripshepherd is revolutionizing the travel experience by merging social video, community-driven discovery, and seamless bookings into a single, immersive platform. We're seeking a seasoned UX/UI Designer to spearhead data-driven design for growth, acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute experimentation strategies across landing pages, email templates, in-app modals, and ad creatives.
  • Design and prototype onboarding journeys, referral flows, feature announcements, and retargeting touchpoints that captivate users.
  • Integrate animation and micro-interaction techniques to create engaging user experiences.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in UX/UI or Digital Product Design with a focus on growth, performance marketing, or conversion optimization.
  • Proven track record of independently running end-to-end design experiments that drive key metrics.
  • Strong quantitative skills: cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, statistical significance testing.
  • Deep qualitative expertise: user interviews, remote usability tests, contextual inquiry.
  • Expert-level visual design skills: high-fidelity mockups, design systems, component libraries.
  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle, Framer).
  • Comfortable defining and reading analytics dashboards (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and basic SQL for ad-hoc queries.
