We are currently seeking an Evening Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service and sales support to businesses in the telecommunications industry.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. As an Evening Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, providing product and service information, and processing orders and applications.

You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, and working independently and as part of a team. We require a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and work under pressure, and attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support to businesses.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications.
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
