An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled 3D CAD Designer to join our organization. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch interior design services to clients. Your key responsibilities will include understanding the client's needs and expectations, and then translating them into creative and functional designs.

To achieve this, you will utilize your expertise in space planning to create practical and aesthetically pleasing layouts for various rooms. This will involve using software to create preliminary designs and 3D models where necessary. Your extensive knowledge of materials and furnishings will enable you to recommend the best options for each project, taking into account client preferences and budget constraints.

Once the design phase is complete, you will prepare final plans using computer applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for estimating project costs, procuring materials, and overseeing the installation of design elements. Lastly, you will conduct post-project visits to ensure that the client is satisfied with the end result.

Job Specifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in interior design or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of space planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
