Job Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all aspects of warehousing and distribution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.

  • Loading and unloading trucks, manually or mechanically, as required.
  • Processing, packing, stacking, and labeling cargo according to approved standards.
  • Operating mechanical and pneumatic assembly machines as directed.
  • Providing guidance and training to junior Associates where necessary.
  • Complying with customer specifications, work standards, and instructions.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude during business interactions, even under stressful conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed oriented and able to set priorities.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Effective team player and independent worker.
  • Able to multitask and work under stressful conditions.
  • Minimum high school diploma required.
  • Forklift certification not required but a plus.
