Project Logistics Manager

We are seeking a skilled logistics professional to coordinate and manage air and sea freight shipments for project materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute efficient logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve project performance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all shipping, import/export, and customs documentation accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure seamless shipment handling.
  • Track and monitor all shipments, proactively resolving any delays or operational issues.
  • Negotiate competitive freight rates and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement and project teams to align shipment schedules with project requirements.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably within construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of air/sea freight operations, customs clearance, and shipping processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
