Business Intelligence (BI) Analytics Developer Role

Job Overview
  • We are seeking a highly skilled BI Analytics Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in BI tools, data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboard development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • ETL Process Development: Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Interactive Dashboards: Create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business users.
  • SQL and Data Warehouse Management: Work with SQL and data warehouses to ensure data accuracy and performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Query Optimization: Optimize query performance and ensure efficient data retrieval.
  • Data Governance and Security: Implement data governance and security measures to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in BI development, data visualization, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QlikView, or similar.
  • Experience with ETL tools and data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and OLAP concepts.
  • Experience with cloud-based BI solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and optimize queries for performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and AI-driven analytics.
  • Familiarity with real-time analytics and streaming data processing.
  • Understanding of business processes in industries like manufacturing and finance.
