Job Title:

Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated professional to manage and execute email marketing campaigns, identify and reach out to prospective clients, monitor and manage email inboxes, schedule meetings, and track campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies.
  • Manage and execute EDM campaigns across various channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through personalized email communication.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via email.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize results.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Experience in email marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with email marketing software and tools.
