Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our team in delivering high-quality experiences for our customers. As a key member of the QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our applications and services meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning: Develop detailed test plans and execute test cases (manual and automated) for our web and mobile applications.
  • Defect Identification: Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like Jira or similar platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure product quality and provide feedback on usability, functionality, and overall user experience.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in manual and automated testing of mobile and web applications, as well as knowledge of agile methodologies.
