Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our regional franchises, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth by pursuing new opportunities and expanding our regional presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of franchisees to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Pursue new business opportunities to expand our regional presence, identifying potential partners and investors.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements in operational workflows, optimizing processes and reducing costs.
  • Ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Address operational challenges and implement swift solutions, minimizing disruptions and maintaining business continuity.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
  2. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a related field, preferably with leadership roles.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Ability to drive business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and address challenges.
  • Familiarity with operational workflows and process improvements, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The selected candidate will be hired for a contract period of 5 years, renewable based on performance.
  2. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
