We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic business insights that drive decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ownership of the Financial Planning Models, ensuring outputs represent a coherent future view of business delivery.
  2. Execution of monthly commercial targets, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  3. Perform qualitative analysis of operational and financial data, ensuring quality assurance in models.
  4. Actualize financial models on a monthly basis, maintaining accurate and timely reporting.
  5. Build and manage financial databases, interpreting and summarizing results to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in an analytical or business partnership role, preferably with Commercial & Business teams.
  2. Degree in accountancy or MBA from a top business school, with technical skills in Six Sigma/PMI advantageous.

Skills:

  1. Detailed oriented mindset with strong grip on numbers.
  2. Excellent financial modeling skills.
  3. Go-getter, problem-solving attitude with proactive approach.
  4. Superior organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  5. Ability to manage and influence stakeholders across management levels.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint essential.
