Job Role

The Team Lead - Accounts & Finance will be responsible for ensuring high-quality services and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

This includes:

  • Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of accounting professionals.
    • Assign tasks and projects, ensuring balanced workloads.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor actual performance against budgets and analyze variances.
  • Internal Controls:
    • Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
    • Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
    • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.
