Job Overview:

This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in hotel management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Maximize revenue through effective pricing strategies, yield management, and promotional activities.
  • Market Monitoring: Monitor market trends and competitor pricing. Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to attract new business.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Department Management: Ensure the efficient and smooth running of all hotel departments. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze hotel performance against budget and key performance indicators (KPIs). Control costs and maximize profitability.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and loyalty. Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and present to management. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
  • Safety and Security: Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and services. Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in hotel management.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
