About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide screening, brief intervention, and referral to treatment for mental health issues;
  • Develop and implement programs to improve awareness of mental health issues among employees;
  • Act as a behavioral coach and provide brief motivational interviewing to help patients achieve behavior change goals;
  • Document and track patients' status in the program;
  • Liaise with stakeholders to execute the program efficiently.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field;
  • At least one year of clinical experience, preferably working with adolescents;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills and ability to deal with diverse individuals;
  • Able to develop curriculum encompassing psychological aspects of weight management programs;
  • Understanding of principles of motivational interviewing and behavioral change;
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to handle work pressure.
