Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraiser to join our team in Lahore. As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in securing funding for our projects and programs, helping us to expand our reach and impact.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
  2. Research and identify potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors
  4. Write and submit high-quality grant proposals, reports, and other fundraising materials
  5. Organize successful fundraising events, campaigns, and activities
  6. Collaborate with the program team to develop project proposals and budgets
  7. Meet and exceed fundraising targets

Requirements:

To succeed as a Fundraiser at Aman Welfare Society, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, development studies)
  • At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field
  • A proven track record of securing funding from diverse sources
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with the non-profit sector and fundraising principles
