School Coordinator Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of School Coordinator. This pivotal role requires a strong academic background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the academic success of our students. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Academic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and support to teachers to ensure the delivery of high-quality education.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of academic programs and activities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Professional Development: Identify opportunities for professional growth and development for teachers and staff.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute academic events and activities, including Dua-e-Madinah and other celebrations.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree: A master's degree in Education or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Teaching Experience: Proven experience in teaching and academic leadership, preferably in a similar context.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
