Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Polio Eradication efforts in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and supervising elements of the polio program in the province, including strategic planning, budgeting, and monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in epidemiology, public health, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in program management and implementation. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans to eradicate polio in the province.
• Program Management: Oversee the implementation of polio-related programs and activities, including budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with district and provincial health authorities to ensure effective implementation of polio-related programs.
• Surveillance: Lead AFP surveillance activities to ensure achievement/maintenance of certification standards.
