Job Title: Software Engineering Manager - Backend Systems

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in backend development and software engineering to drive innovation and growth within a dynamic team.

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager who can lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using Java, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Docker.

Your primary focus will be on mentoring junior team members, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage and software reliability.

">

You will also work closely with QA teams to integrate data from various backend services and databases, create and maintain detailed software documentation, and deliver high-quality work within project timelines.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field, and at least 4 years of experience in software development, including 2+ years of experience with backend technologies such as Java, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Docker.

A master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and 3+ years of software engineering experience, or a PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and 2+ years of software engineering experience, may also be considered.
