Digital Marketing Specialist

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, creating effective ad campaigns, growing audience engagement, and maintaining the brand's online reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Create high-quality digital content (posts, stories, reels) that resonates with our target audience
- Plan and execute efficient social media ad campaigns to drive business results
- Monitor and grow audience engagement through strategic analysis and reporting
- Respond to messages/comments and manage community interactions
- Analyze performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies
- Suggest innovative campaign ideas to improve reach and impact
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and audience targeting capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing time effectively
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) are a plus for creative content development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
