The Opportunity

We're looking for a technically strong leader to drive AI-driven automation initiatives. This role combines identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and hands-on software design and implementation to deliver high-impact solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

You'll identify business processes ripe for AI automation, assess technical feasibility, build business cases, and develop AI-powered software solutions. You'll lead end-to-end implementation: architecture, development, testing, and deployment. You'll work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and IT standards. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in AI, ML, and intelligent automation.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/automation projects.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and/or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Proven ability to deliver production-grade software solutions end-to-end.
  • Solid understanding of systems architecture, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas to stakeholders.
