Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned commercial lawyer with experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex agreements.

  • Support the development of commercial agreements, including software license agreements, terms & conditions, service agreements, partnership agreements, and time-sensitive tenders and RFQs.
  • Provide contract support for standard corporate agreements, such as non-disclosure, marketing, intercompany, and independent contractor agreements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to corporate restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, and formations.
  • Support the company's acquisition activities, including contract review in due diligence, preparing ancillary agreements, and internal contribution agreements for acquisitions.
  • Liaise with outside firms to oversee preparation, filing, organization, and maintenance of corporate books and records.
About the Role

This position requires a US/Canada/UK/European Law degree, 5-8 years of corporate/commercial legal experience, excellent drafting and negotiating skills, adaptability, business acumen, and experience working across international time zones.

The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize, manage workload independently, and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
