We are seeking an accomplished Area Sales Manager to drive profitable results through the sales team.

Job Specification

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

A minimum of 4 to 5 years relevant experience is required for this role.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

They will be responsible for developing the annual marketing plan, advising on realistic forecasts for each product and territory based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy, and sales effort.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, counsel, and develop the sales team.

They will ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of sales personnel.

In addition, they will assist in the development of the annual marketing plan and provide guidance on forecasting and budgeting.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills.

They will have a deep understanding of sales processes and procedures, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
