About the Role:
This is a key leadership position responsible for developing and implementing effective tax strategies for businesses and corporations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and supervisory background, with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies for businesses and corporations
  • Prepare tax research memos and advisory reports, assist with local state tax return preparation, and attend meetings with the local Tax Authority
  • Maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor progress and deliverables, implement standardized processes, identify and escalate risks, and drive performance improvements
  • Counsel junior team members and support marketing and business development initiatives

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, law, taxation, or related fields. Preferably an MBA, Masters, LLM, or professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Tax, ideally within a large professional services firm or similar environment.
