Commercial Analyst

Private Company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting to enhance business performance.

• Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for selected Business Units.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Reporting and Presentations
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders, including management and department heads.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices.

• Degree holder from Accountancy/Finance studies.
• At least 3 years FP&A work experience in MNC environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent proficiency in SAP (FICO), Power BI, and MS Office applications.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and matrix organization.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good commercial acumen.
• Self-driven and ability to work independently.
