Financial Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive financial operations manager to join our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, prepare timely reports, and support the overall financial health of our organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial processes are streamlined and aligned with business objectives.
  • Streamline sales entries, ensuring accurate and timely month-end reconciliation and closing.
  • Prepare monthly sales incentives and bonus calculations.
  • Monitor and track financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process e-payments in accordance with CEO approvals.
  • Maintain supporting documentation for all financial transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts and financial records.
  • Prepare periodic financial summaries and reports for management review.
  • Process vendor payments via banking portals following invoice verification.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial operations, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and online banking portals is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

This position requires a strong analytical mind and a passion for finance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely reports, and supporting the overall financial health of an organization.

The working hours for this position are 9 hours per day.
