Distributed Team Manager

A talented and experienced Engineering Manager is sought after to spearhead our engineering endeavors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large, distributed teams and driving high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic leadership and direction of a geographically dispersed engineering team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and project strategies.
- Oversight of the end-to-end development lifecycle, encompassing architecture design, implementation, deployment, and post-launch maintenance.
- Close collaboration with Project Managers and Development teams to synchronize engineering efforts with business priorities.
- Implementation and enforcement of DevOps and SQA best practices, emphasizing code quality, system uptime, and continuous delivery.
- Design and management of large-scale, secure systems that prioritize adaptability and optimization for rapid development cycles.
- Adherence to established security protocols and compliance standards, guaranteeing data protection and system integrity.
- Substantial experience in directing and managing diverse engineering teams in the software or SaaS industry.
- Practical knowledge of Laravel, Vue, Node.js, Python, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong background in designing and implementing large-scale, adaptable, and secure architectures.
- Proven ability to lead fast-paced development cycles while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, SQA, and security management.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration across various teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Background in the Fintech industry or regulatory compliance solutions.
