We are looking for a highly skilled Project Associate to join our team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a vital role in supporting our assignments related to industrial development, SME growth, investment mobilization, and economic sector analysis. Your primary responsibility will be to independently prepare high-quality proposals, feasibility studies, and comprehensive reports, working closely with senior management to deliver strategic projects effectively.

**Responsibilities Include:**
  • Preparing detailed and persuasive project proposals, feasibility studies, and business plans that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conducting market analysis, including sector profiling, vendor benchmarking, and investment analysis to inform our proposals.
  • Managing documentation, report drafting, and final submission of technical proposals with minimal supervision.
  • Facilitating coordination and communication with stakeholders, partners, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyzing financial data, economic indicators, and policy documents relevant to business proposals to provide valuable insights.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Master's degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MS Economics, MS Development Studies).

Essential Skills:
  • 1-3 years of experience in proposal writing, feasibility studies, market research, or related consulting roles.
  • Proven track record in independently preparing business proposals, analytical reports, and feasibility analyses.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of economic development initiatives, SMEs development, and public/private sector projects would be advantageous.
