Agile Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Lead who can develop and execute project plans, define scope, schedule, risks, deliverables, and resources. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, the program manager, and software architect to ensure the team's objectives are met. They will oversee and motivate a cross-functional team, collaborate with process audit and compliance teams, set team goals, and contribute to the improvement of project management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build relationships with Customer Stakeholders, Program Manager, and Software Architect to drive team deliverables and goals.
  2. Lead a cross-functional team and help them perform at their best.
  3. Develop, manage, and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, risks, deliverables, and resources.
  4. Utilize SCRUM or Kanban software development processes and tailor them according to project needs.
  5. Coordinate with Process Audit and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to best practices.
  6. Set team goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
  7. Possess knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs.
  8. Be familiar with agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
  9. Have knowledge of Agile techniques such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games.
  10. Strong understanding of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
  11. Comprehend the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
  12. Appreciate the value of metrics and incremental delivery.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science from a reputable institution.
  2. 5-8 years of experience in software development projects.
  3. Excellent English communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  4. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with respect and professionalism.
  5. Knowledge of SCRUM methodology is mandatory.
  6. Experience with tools like JIRA and DevOps.
  7. Experience in Dynamics365 implementation.
  8. An easy-going and likable personality.
