We're looking for a highly skilled and creative Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy and visual campaigns.

Job Description

This role is a blend of storytelling, branding, PR, and digital marketing to drive growth and engagement with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • PR & Brand Visibility:
    • Plan and execute external PR activities to build brand awareness and reputation with influencers and other organizations
    • Build relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners
  • Campaign Shoots:
    • Ideate, plan, and execute full-fledged brand and campaign shoots
    • Work closely with photographers, stylists, and production teams
  • Product Webshoot:
    • Organize and execute product photography with the in-house creative team for website and e-commerce platforms
  • Creative Assets Creation:
    • Plan and direct high-quality stills, videos, and reels for product marketing
    • Ensure brand voice and visual identity stay consistent across formats
    • Lead branding efforts across retail stores and out-of-home (OOH) media
    • Manage delegation of work with a creative team of 3–4 people
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams
    • Continuously launch content and campaigns that drive engagement, organic visibility, and growth
    • Stay updated on content trends, pop culture, and digital storytelling
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • A creative powerhouse with a strategic brain
    • 1-3+ years of proven experience in content marketing, branding, or creative direction
    • Strong portfolio of campaign work, social content, and branded storytelling
    • Excellent project management and team leadership skills
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments

    • Knowledge of design, production, or creative tools
    • An eye for aesthetics, a flair for storytelling, and a passion for building standout brands
