  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on US market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices within the finance domain.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry contacts.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment activity.

This role requires a deep understanding of the US job market, including industry trends, regulations, and compensation structures. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically within Telecom Operations, Store Management, and other related domains.
