The Opportunity

As part of our valuation and financial services we are committed to delivering high-quality support for matters such as acquisitions, divestitures, financings, reorganizations, financial reporting, dispute resolution and strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in valuation and financial analysis
  • Apply valuation theories and approaches
  • Develop valuation models
  • Prepare formal and informal valuation reports

You will expand and strengthen existing client relationships by participating in internal and external business development activities. You may be called upon to work in other areas within our Transaction Advisory Services practice.

To Qualify for the Role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or a related field (CFA qualification is an asset)
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in performing valuations in a Consulting environment
  • Experience cultivating and managing client relationships
  • Ability to synthesize client information and understand key business drivers
  • Demonstrated people management skills
  • Strong computer and financial modelling skills

  • Ability to deal with confidential information with diplomacy
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills

This role requires occasional travel.
