Software Development Professional As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building systems that enable AI R&D teams to deliver secure, highly scalable, distributed services.

You will leverage technology like Kubeflow, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Python to build inference systems, infrastructure, and training pipelines as well as distributed systems themselves. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to help them grow in their careers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define the direction for the team by contributing your expertise and knowledge to drive success.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and goals.
  • Build reusable software components and infrastructure to enable teams to work efficiently.
  • Take ownership of deployment pipelines from Git to production.
  • Develop infrastructure that enables fast, robust automated testing and validation.
  • Improve system performance and reliability through continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers to help them grow professionally.
Requirements:
  • Experience in building ML Ops infrastructure such as training pipelines.
  • Establishing monitoring best practices and implementing systems to enforce them.
  • Practicing and advocating for best engineering practices throughout the ML org.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of software development experience.
  • Experience improving ML infrastructure with multiple stakeholders in a large organization.
  • Experience with Python or similar language.
  • Working knowledge of AWS services and technologies.
  • Experience with Kubeflow pipeline development and management.
  • Nice to have exposure to infrastructure as code and configuration management such as Terraform, CloudFormation.
