**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Executive to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable department and staff, overseeing financial obligations, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. You will also have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with external vendors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable Department: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the accounts payable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Financial Management: Oversee all financial transactions, including tax-related processes and project accounting, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- System Maintenance: Ensure that financial systems and procedures are functioning accurately and efficiently, with minimal errors or discrepancies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and contractors.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and systems, with experience in project accounting and tax-related processes.
